Don’t Go Into That Meeting Without Your Words
School meetings. SENDCo meetings. EHCP applications through school or parental applications - a diagnosis is not needed before an application can be made by a parent! but evidence is key. EHCP reviews. CAMHS appointments. GP referrals. Right to Choose conversations. Private assessment preparation.
You deserve to walk in prepared.
Parent Scripts
Because parents shouldn’t walk into school meetings unprepared, outnumbered, or talked over.
Most parents leave school meetings feeling steamrolled, talked over, fobbed off, or agreeing to things they never meant to agree to. Not because they don’t know their child. Because nobody ever gave them the words.
Parent Scripts fixes that.
You fill in a form about your child and the meeting you’re heading into. I write you a personalised script:
your opening line
your key points
the questions you must ask
and exactly how to respond when school pushes back
This isn’t a template. It isn’t generic SEND advice. It’s your meeting, your child, your situation — turned into clear, confident language you can actually use.
Parent Scripts gives you the words. You walk in prepared, calm, and impossible to dismiss.
Scripts from £75 Pricing is based on meeting type — because not all meetings are equal. Delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Add a 30-minute prep call for £50 if that works for you - see below.

Opening statement A confident, calm opening that sets the tone and signals immediately that you know your rights and you know what you are there for. Not aggressive. Not apologetic. Prepared.
Your key points — written out in full Not bullet points to remember under pressure. Actual sentences. Specific to your child, your situation, and the meeting you are walking into. Written in your voice, not mine.
The questions to ask The ones that are hardest to dismiss. The ones that require a specific answer. The ones that move the conversation forward rather than allowing it to go in circles.
How to handle the most likely pushbacks Because they will say something. "We don't have the budget." "They're fine in school." "Let's monitor the situation." "They don't meet the threshold." For each one — what to say next.
What to ask for before you leave the room Written agreement. Named person responsible. Specific timescale. Next steps confirmed. Because a meeting with no written outcome is a meeting that never happened.
A closing statement Something that confirms what has been agreed, signals that you will follow up in writing, and closes the meeting professionally without burning any bridges you may need later.
Delivered as a clean PDF within 3 to 5 days Formatted, ready to print, easy to read at a glance. Yours to keep and use again.

A call with Janine before your meeting to talk through the script, answer any last questions, and make sure you feel ready to walk in. Book after you receive your script.

Step 1 — Choose your meeting type and pay Select the meeting type from the pricing list and complete your payment. Payment is taken upfront before work begins.
Step 2 — Complete the intake form Once payment is confirmed you'll receive a link to the intake form. This is where you tell me everything I need to know — your child's situation, what's happened so far, what you want to achieve, and how you tend to feel in these meetings.
The more detail you give me, the more useful your script will be. Nothing is too much information.
Step 3 — Janine writes your script Using your intake form, I write a fully personalised script built around your specific child, your specific meeting, and your specific goal. Not a template with your name dropped in. An actual bespoke document.
Step 4 — You receive your script within 3- 5 working days. Your script arrives by email as a clean, formatted PDF — ready to read, ready to print, and ready to take into the room.
Step 5 — Optional prep call If you'd like to talk through the script before your meeting, add a prep call. Book it after you receive your script.
Step 6 — You walk in prepared That's it. You go to your meeting with your opening, your key points, your questions, and your responses to the most likely pushbacks — already written, already thought through, already in your hand.
A few practical things to know:
