Your FREE 15-Minute Call
If you're worried about your child and wondering whether ADHD could explain what you're seeing, this is a place to start.
You do not need a diagnosis to seek support.
Many families reach out long before an assessment is considered. Others come after diagnosis, trying to work out what it actually means for everyday life. Wherever you are on the journey, you don't have to navigate it alone.
During our call, we can:
Explore the challenges your child is experiencing at home or in school.
Help you understand what may be driving their behaviour.
Discuss practical strategies that could support your child right now.
Talk through concerns about school, meetings, or next steps.
Consider whether seeking a formal assessment might be something to explore in the future.
Answer any questions you have about how ADHD in Practice can support your family.
A few important things to know:
This is a supportive consultation, not a diagnostic assessment.
ADHD in Practice does not provide clinical assessments or diagnoses.
Support can begin before, during, or after the diagnostic process.
For children and young people under 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to attend the call.
There is no pressure or obligation to book further support.
The ADHD journey rarely begins with a diagnosis. More often, it starts with a parent quietly wondering:
"Why is my child finding life so much harder than everyone else seems to think they should?"
You don't need a clinical team to rubber-stamp your concerns before seeking understanding and support. Sometimes, the first step is simply having a conversation with someone who understands both the system and the child behind the behaviour.
Please note: ADHD in Practice is not an emergency service or crisis service. If you have an emergency, please contact your GP or A & E.
